and regarding the angling, it was brough up well before this “debacle.” I loved the angling in our old house but you said you were over it and always dismissed the idea. THen I did bring it up again when we were rearranging, but that was not the first time

Oh Michael. Like you said, though you may not have been completely 100% aware of it, my goal was always to not be near the desk…and I am no longer near the desk.

Totally not the way it happened…

You wanted the bed moved under the windows. That was the first priority. Yes, you might have secretly just wanted to be away from the desk, but your first and most desired location was under the windows. After I fought you on that for a while, you asked about moving the desk. We still had the bookcase on my side, so I really didn’t want everything on my side. Then only like 1 or 2 days before I consented to move the bed to the windows did you ever bring up the idea of angling in the corner.

I won fair and square. I did conceed one item by moving the desk, but that was not your ultimate goal. In your own words, “You better wreck yourself, before you check yourself.”
